Terms Of Service
The rules for using this website.
Acceptance
By using the Affordable Christmas Light Installers website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.
Informational Purpose
This website provides general information about residential Christmas light services around New Braunfels, Texas. It is not an offer, quote, contract or guarantee of any service, schedule or outcome. Service descriptions are general guidance and individual properties vary.
No Prices Or Bookings
The website does not display prices and does not take bookings or payments. Any arrangement for services would be made separately and is not governed by these terms.
Images
Gallery and service images are original concept images created for inspiration. They are not photographs of completed projects and should not be treated as examples of specific results.
Intellectual Property
Text, images, design and the business name on this site belong to their respective owners. Please do not copy or republish them without permission.
Third Party Services
The site embeds Google Maps on some pages. That service is provided by Google and is subject to its own terms and privacy practices. A map is a geographic reference, not a representation of an office, a property boundary or a guaranteed service route. Availability and map details may change independently of this website.
Safety
Holiday lighting involves ladders, heights and electricity. Information on this site does not replace professional judgment. Follow manufacturer instructions and local safety practices.
Permitted Use
You may browse the website and use its planning information for your own residential lighting decisions. Do not attempt to interfere with its availability, bypass access restrictions, introduce harmful code or impersonate the business. Linking to an informational page is different from copying the text, logo or images for use in another commercial website.
Accuracy And Availability
Descriptions are intended to explain approved service categories and general planning considerations. They do not confirm that any particular property, light set or mounting surface is suitable. Pages can be corrected, updated or unavailable from time to time. A service area name does not guarantee an appointment or establish an individual project agreement.
Limitations And Your Rights
The website is provided as is for informational use. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the business does not make warranties about uninterrupted access or the suitability of general content for a specific project. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Separate Project Arrangements
Any confirmed services, responsibilities, pricing or scheduling must be established separately from browsing this website. These website terms do not replace a separate project agreement or manufacturer instructions for lighting equipment. If you receive such an agreement, review the details and use the contact information given there for questions about it.
Updates To These Terms
These terms apply to your use of the website content currently available. Revisions will appear on this page. If you disagree with a revised version, stop using the website. The privacy policy explains the current website features that involve technical information and third party mapping services.
